Campaign Objective:
Increase sales online and in-store during the holiday weekend.
Build brand awareness among e-commerce customers.
Strengthen local visibility through activations at the Ponce City Market storefront.
Strategy:
New Product Launch: Introduced framed prints in early November to prime customers for holiday purchasing.
BFCM Activations:
Friday: Freebie Friday with in-store giveaways to increase foot traffic.
Saturday: Artist Activation with a ceramicist and printmaker producing limited-edition woodblock prints and selling ceramics in-store.
Sunday: Artist Pop-Up featuring Tanner Wilson with a new print release and hand-signing event.
Monday: Framed Print Sale offering 15% off all framed prints.
Audience: Adults aged 18–45, primarily women (60/40 split), who value art, home décor, and self-expression through curated spaces.
Positioning: Established The Print Shop as a local brand committed to supporting independent and local artists. Reinforced through artist activations, limited-edition releases, and branded giveaways.
Deliverables:
Social Media Presence: Engaging promotional content, event highlights, and countdown communications.
Newsletter Presence: Campaign-wide email strategy, from teaser announcements to sales pushes.
Results:
Brick & Mortar Sales: Increased by 5%.
Conversion Rate: Improved by 38%.
